Golden Necklace with Diamond Shaped Charm

This is a beautiful gold colored necklace with a diamond shaped charm that has light green jewels and an opal-looking stone in the middle. I’m not sure of the actual materials, this piece is untested and unbranded but very pretty! The chain measures 18” when laid out straight and the charm is about an inch in size. N12
