Gold plated real peanut

This is played in real gold, I can’t remember the carats as it was a gift Real peanut inside, shake it and you can hear it! Beautiful and high quality. I was given this as a gift over ten years ago and there is absolutely no tarnishing or blemishes. Was purchased at Nordstrom, do not know the designers name
