Gold neck tie cropped top

Super cute sparkle flowy bandana like top that you tie at your neck! I thrifted it where there was no try on’s. Unfortunately it didn’t fit and it hangs low and does cover my breast. I’m usually a small & 32c. I feel like this would be more for a medium or taller person, im petite 5 ft.
