ajtucker7 Hi hun!! Sorry they deleted our messaging. What did they say to you about the bag?? They told me they cancelled the order and I’m getting a refund. However I want the bag I don’t want a refund?!? What are they offering you? To get it fixed or pay for the damage? Let me know I really want the bag? Thanks hun :)

mluc1987 @ajtucker7 I just submitted a request because I’d like to know where the purse is. Hopefully they send it back to me... if they do I will send it to you for a discounted price to cover the cleaning. I feel terrible this has happened.

ajtucker7 @morganpeeler yes, that’s very weird. All they told me is that they are refunding me the money. However if they have not spoken to you about it. That means they are letting you keep the money and they are paying me back also. However this is my thing we all know the purse is worth more than that! So we should have the option of them fixing it or paying out the value of the bag!! Don’t you think sothis is so not right if they keep the bag and just refund me the money

mluc1987 @ajtucker7 well I just received confirmation that they aren’t sending the purse back. Going to see what else I can do to get it back but it might help if you email customer service telling them you wanted it back.
