Gold choker cuff necklace with attached chain

I wish I remembered the company I bought this from. It was expensive and has lasted ten years with proper care. Great shape! In the last photo you can see the tiniest spot where the gold plating has chipped. Other than that it’s perfect. I believe it’s gold plated brass. Cuff is .75” and the opening for the neck is 2 and 5/8” although it can be opened up a bit more.
