Gold and black ruffle brocade party dress

Oh this dress is the CUTEST! With its flared ruffle detail at the hem and cinched waist, it fits many body types and is so so flattering on. Fully lined, fully enclosed zipper in back. Purchased at a boutique 6 years ago and worn once! Size 6 but would fit a 4...runs a tad small, IMO.
