Gold and black necklace

Chain is a bit tarnished. Spikes appear to be made of plastic which I just now noticed upon inspection of this item. They definitely do not look like plastic. No apparent flaws other than normal wear and tarnished chain/clasp. Individual spikes are not stiff or in one position. They move freely.
