maddiepierce @saharyzdn yes absolutely! :) I'm pretty sure I actually got this dress at Dillard's, it was 2 years ago for my prom. It originally had about 50 layers of tulle and was massive but I was looking for something slimmer so we took it to a tailor and they cut it mostly all out! They did a really nice job and it looks like it came that way. I can get the exact sizing/measurements and some better pictures of it tomorrow for you!
