xoxoklowe @amydionneh I really don’t think so. It’s one of those thick stiffer waist bands. I could only stretch it to 28”. It’s junior sizing too. You could probably get it on but I think it would be really tight & uncomfortable. It’s a shame to because the rest of the skirt has a lot of give & looks great on.
