Xhilaration mini skirt from Target. Size Medium. Only worn a couple times for the holidays. Excellent condition. Gold sequins over black netting with black lining underneath. Approx. 17inches long from waist to bottom of skirt. Fits higher than mid-rise, but not fully high-waisted.
