selling this gold, sparkly, v-neck pull over blouson type top with dropped sleeves. Can be worn with elastic style waistband at waist or pulled low. Pre-owned but never worn and still with tag. Size 14/16, made in China of rayon and nylon with metallic sparkles for a dressier effect. Washable. Length about 26", arm to arm edges about 26", tapering to stretchy waist about 16". Looks great with black, and white/ivory for a more monochromatic look. V-neck is low.
