Gold Engagement Ring 14k solid Sz 6.5

Gorgeous Engagement Ring out of solid 14k yellow gold (no discoloration!). It was my first engagement ring but was a bit too big, so my husband replaced it when we picked out wedding bands. I wore it about 2 months but I can only find the tiniest lightest scratches after having it cleaned. Def possible to regift. Diamonds are synthetic which I preferred due to the difficult situation with diamonds these days. They’re gorgeous. Center is 0.75carat. Comes in a Helzberg Diamonds box.
