Gold 3”drop Hoops/crystal encrusted graduated ring

The first hoop has rhinestones in the hoop it’s self, the second hoop is Plain but has graduated crystal encrusted and solid gold/brass rings hanging from the bottom. 3” total length no missing crystals (One was glued back, and stuck tilted onto one side) No one will notice see close up last picture. I think (90% sure) they were late 80’s Kenneth Cole, and that is how I’m listing them. However I am not positive
