dedeescloset344 @mhealy85 that’s a great question, yes that is how they were shipped to me and I ordered them brand new from Urban Outfitters in July this year. I wish I had a stock photo to show that part of the shoe, bc from and outsider viewing it, it does seem odd. But promise that’s how they came.
