Going….#3 Dale Earnhardt Paint Art Set

This is a new, still sealed in plastic paint set of #3 Dale Earnhardt. I believe it to be black velour(?). Measurements as shown. I can NOT guarantee you that the paint is still viable, but craft paint is quite inexpensive. If we were downsizing, I would paint this in a minute!. Questions and offers welcome.
