The Curved Knife Server with prongs is used for picking up firm cheeses after cutting such Edam, Swiss, or Jansberg. It measures 7 1/4” Length x 1 3/8” Width. The Spatula server is used for spreading cheeses, such as Camembert, Brie, and Cream Cheese. It measures 7 1/8” Length x 1 5/8” Width. The Scoop Server is used for semi-soft and crumbly cheeses, such as Roquefort, Stilton, or Blue. It measures 7 1/4” Length x 1 3/8” Width. The Set is in Very Good preloved condition. There is some minor tarnish.
