In excellent condition. 21 across armpits that are vented. Adjustable hood. 3 front zippered pockets. All zippers and cinches work well. Velcro on sleeves are clean. 27 center back length. 20 across waist, hem. I think this would be tight as size small if layering fleece or a sweater. So check measurements. Sleeves are 26 from shoulder seam. This is very lightweight.
