grandma2five @ddritsopoulos1 Yes, I buy all my bags directly from the manufacturer and yes, I am the only owner. I don’t think I carried this more than a couple of times. Too big and too slouchy for me. I prefer more structured bags. The tags and key fob came with the bag and I am sending them to whoever purchases it. I do not smoke so there are no odors or stains of any kind as I don’t carry food or water bottles in my bags. Thank you for looking 😊
