GlowOasis Milkdew pH Balancing Moisture Milk Toner

I tried this a few times, it feels nice, smooth and hydrating. My only problem with it is that I’m oily, so it’s a bit too dewy for me. I think it’s a great product, and would be awesome for those with normal to dry skin. The few times I used it, I put it on a cotton round, so it hasn’t touched my face or hands.
