Glittery black cape

I got this awesome sparkly black cape at a vintage store years ago! It’s been a hit the few times I’ve worn it. Please note - the tag was cut out when I purchased it so I am not sure of the brand. Has a one-size-fits-all feel. Such a cool statement piece!
