Glitter velvet long sleeve wrap sparkle red maroon

Brand new, tags still attached. Purchased for New Year’s Eve but it didn’t fit me. The waist and hips are true to a medium but the bust area will only fit someone quite busty. I’m a 32C and the top portion was massive on me.
