Glass Snowman in Clear Glass Globe Ornament (new)

This is a Glass Snowman in a Clear Glass Globe Ornament (new). It measures 9” in circumference. The part to hang it by is made made of something that reminds me of nylon fishing line. I’m not sure what the true name of it is though.
