Very good condition - never used. Snap closure. Envelope style. Seven inside slit pockets One outside slit pocket. Two smaller pencil loops. One larger pencil loops. Three card slots. Very small areas of slight discoloration on outside of portfolio from storing not in the box. (Please see the last three pics). No damage or discoloration to the like new inside of the portfolio. Silver hardware. Measures approximately 13L x 9.5H when closed. 23H when opened.
