Glass Diamond Designed Decanter with Cork In Stopper, Square in Shape, Vintage?. Measures 11.5 inches tall. Codes on bottom are 2, 4301, 62, D-126, center symbol looks like MTC. With Federal Law Forbids.....going around bottom circle. Neat Diamond Indented design. There is cork in the Glass Stopper. I see no chips or cracks, just needs to be cleaned. Dusty and from an estate sale.
