Glass Clear White Swirl Candle Plate and Votive Holder or Tumbler I believe both of these are candle holders though you could use them as a snack plate and cup. The plate has 3 nubs on the bottom typical of a pillar candle holder and the cup could be used for a votive candle or tealight. The clear glass with the white swirl throughout is beautiful. I am unable to say who made these pieces but Kosta Boda, Party Lite, and Artistic Accents are just a few who have made similar designs. There are no chips or cracks to these.
