Lazar vintage but have been altered very beautiful,I am 5’6 for reference.tall They also have several inches inside if you need them longer for the length very beautiful pants. The waist is approximately 14.5 “ flat. Do you say size 10, but they’re probably more of a small medium. Size. Has a small stain inside by the seam, not really noticeable when wearing I have not tried to specifically clean that part out
