Elegant long sleeve vintage royal blue and gold dress with balloon sleeves and floral print! Comes with matching belt/sash. Presumably silk but has no fabric or size tag. Made for Bergdorf Goodman’s. Neckline sewing could use some reinforcing, and there are a couple marks as can be see in the photos.
