This item is gently used and still in excellent used condition! Purse has some normal slight marks throughout but no actual tears or visible cosmetic scratches. I find leather conditioning can minimize the appearance. I personally used Leather Honey Conditioner for all my bags. Bottom of purse has some indentations. Please see in pictures. Main zipper closure is not as smooth as it should be and was like that when I purchased it brand new at a discount. There is one corner where the zipper will hesitate but you’ll eventually get used to it. Zipper will still open and close. Shoulder strap is included and never used and still wrapped in original packaging. I will include original tags as well. No Givenchy dust bag but will include a generic one. Interior is like new and very clean since I always use a purse organizer. A purse organizer will be included for free!
