luxuryfemme @zephy137 hi, this is actually a new heel , I repaired the heel and the bottom of the shoes. I do it to all the shoes I buy , even before I wear them, to protect them , it was done by a professional calzolaio in Italy. The screw shows because this is just the way they add the new heel in Italy
