wisepatton @dimgtt1 okay. However they are a FR 39 which is actually an 8 and they run small. They fit more like a 7.5

dimgtt1 @wisepatton 39 = 9. Even if they run small, that would be half a size max. No shoes run smaller by 1 1/2 size down, that would be a terrible sizing, which is not the case with Giuseppe. You should simply correct your sizing and mark them as (9), which is the true converted size of (39).
