Is this a small? Chest measurement seems small for a medium.

It's a Medium (small tag in the top photo). While the shirts are great quality material, I've found Gitman Vingtage shirts to have inconsistant sizing. A Medium in one shirt feels like a Small in another. This shirt shouldn't shrink anymore than it already has.
