Girls white flower girl dress wedding baptism christening Convertible 2-3 tiers

This is a 2 piece dress that is convertible from 2 to 3 tiers. There is an outer dress, then a ruffled slip that goes underneath that provides the 3rd tier. The center of the waistband has a crocheted lace clip that is removable. This perhaps could be pinned onto a headband or hair clip and worn in the hair? Or leave as is. This dress set is in very good condition. No tags. Small spot on top of one sleeve, pictured. This will be really cute in a wedding or for a baptism!!
