Girls size 9/10 Beautiful dress with ruffles

This dress is new without tags. I bought it for my daughter and she never wore it. It is a lot of dress and beautiful! It is a halter style that ties around the neck and has about four layers of material, as shown in pics. A beautiful blue color. It does run a little bigger to fit a bigger size girl. This is also great for Easter dress
