Girl’s size 6 “tutu” skirt

This is sooo nice compared to some others with just elevator on the waist band. This skirt has a comfy t shirt knit waistband and slip and is well made. The tulle is not that cheap scratchy kind but rather very soft and flowy. Hot pink and peach. With a silver band.
