Girls size 14 party dress tutu dance costume formal

This dress is so cute. It can be worn as a dance costume, party dress, or formal attire. There are no tags but it’s roughly a size 14 girls Measures 15” pit to pit unstretched and 12” unstretched on waist. Fabric is so soft almost like a velvety suede texture. Top is beige with off white lace and bodysuit bottom is yellow. You can see the yellow waistband thru the off white tutu. Very unique color design. Good used condition no flaws that I can see.
