Girl’s size 1 Cynthia Rowley black ankle boots. These boots lace up the front, but also have zippers on the insides for easy on/off. They have silver grommets with black & silver laces. They have a pretty, scalloped edge on top and black glitter on the back. Man-made material, soft and cushiony inside.
