Girls school uniform skirt lands end sz 16 never worn

Purchased for my daughter to attend a summer camp in Michigan that required uniforms. She decided after arriving that she only wanted to wear shorts and not skirts. So, skirts have been washed twice (once before packing and once when she returned home) and labeled on the care tag as shown in picture but have never been worn. current on the Lands End website for further details.
