Girl's off shoulder navy dress, sz 14

Amy Byer brand navy blue dress. Off shoulder style with tassels on ruffle around the top. Has belt loops but I do not have the belt that goes with it. Has 2 very small pink spots on the front near the top, pics included. Smoke free home.
