Girls floral dress

Girls sweet spring/summer dress. Floral design with robins egg blue under tutu tulle for a full swing. My daughter felt so pretty in it. Zipper pull has broken off, but still works, just needs a firm grip. Has a hook closure at the top also. Belt loops attached but we never used them. Wrinkled from storage only. Perfect dress for Easter or Mother's Day!
