Girls dress 👗 size 10

Girls sparkly dress. Size 10. Tulle skirt with silver underlay. Sequins on bodice. Nothing wrong with the dress itself, just missing the belt but loops are still attached (see last pic). 27” length 11 1/2” arm pit to arm pit. Has some stretch to it.
