Girls dress

Blue and white stripe girls dress with embroidered rose design. One shoulder dress with strap on both sides with ruffle trim. Underneath the dress is a slip with a little tulle bottom. This helps give the illusion that the dress is a little more full. It zips up the back and is a size 16 but runs very small and fits more of a size 12-14.
