Planet Cotton brand sundress is navy blue with white polka dots and has 3 rows of double navy blue ruffles at the bottom. The straps & neckline are elastic for a comfortable, custom fit. Can be worn as dress, or as a long top with long or short pants. 95% Cotton/5% spandex, machine washable. The sandals size 18-months and are a flip-flop type with an elastic strap on the back. The soles are foam and the front is faux leather with red and white stars on them. Dress and sandals are excellent condition. Non-smoking home.
