Girls custom dress for Halloween wind up doll

This dress cost $50 it was custom-made for size 6 but upon arrival it was tight across my daughters chest I ended up having to cut down the seam under the armpit and add into a triangle of material to open up the arm pit for her to be able to wear the dress see the photos attached dress was worn on Halloween so bow came on done I’m sure it can be fixed
