Girls casual dress

This is a casual summer dress that can be dress down or up. My daughter wore it 3 times and then over night she didn't want it anymore. The dress features the silhouette of a city running around the bottom boarder of the dress and clouds and birds around the rest of the dress. It has a bow on the waist area and is a tie back.
