Girls boutique long Pom Pom necklace. There is a clasp at the end of it but it is very large and slips right over the head. This matched the Pom Pom skirt my girl had. There are some small frays on some of the Pom poms but nothing that is compromising to the integrity of the dress. This was purchased from a stand during an art festival in our local community. It’s super fun for girls!
