Girls black & white faux fur vest. Purchased from the Buckle. Cut tags out because daughter complained they were itchy (see last pic). Hidden pockets on both sides. Measures approximately 13 inches lying flat from pit to pit. From pit to bottom seam is approximately 11 inches. In excellent condition.

@anjelskull what size clothing does she normally wear? My daughter is 10 years old so yes, I think it would fit a 9 year old. I think you could wash it but I wouldn’t recommend putting it in the dryer.
