Cute vintage 90’s Willow Bay collared sweatshirt with raised rose print. The fabric is navy blue acrylic with attached fold-over white collar. It is super soft inside. The sweatshirt is in good vintage condition but it does seem to attract fuzzies. Tagged a size large, but likely best for a kid’s small. Measurements Chest- 28.5 inches Length- 16 inches
