Girls Tulle Tutus and Halloween Costume

Hand-made girls tutus, cape, and wand. The purple and black tutu comes with matching cape and witch’s broom! Black and blue tutu was used for Dr. Seuss day. Wand was used with fairy costume. Both tutus and cape have excess ribbon in the waist band and neck to accommodate different sizes. Could possibly fit ages 4, all the way up to 12. Lots of love and time went into these pieces!
