Dress is fully-lined with a soft crinoline underskirt Button up back Fabric tie back sash at waist Modest neckline Modest length I purchased this in Excellent Used (worn once) Condition. I have washed it once, by hand in cold water with Woolite, hung to dry, and steamed for wrinkles. I don't believe my daughter ever wore it.
