Girls Pandora Vintage Skater Skirt

Vintage 1950’s or so Girl’s plaid skater skirt, it is NOT wool- it’s a good acrylic material. Made by Pandora Costumes, so meant as part of a costume. It is red white and blue, so could be part of holiday outfit. Measurements are in picture, I am not familiar with girl’s contemporary sizes. Waist is 9” W No flaws. There are two small holes where I assume a string was.
